My Story
My name is Joe Rios. I'm a Tulsa-based real estate investor, and I started buying homes because I kept seeing the same gap: sellers in tough situations who deserved a better option than waiting 90 days or handing over 6% in commissions on a house they'd already stopped maintaining.
I've been investing in the Tulsa area for over 8 years. In that time I've worked with sellers facing foreclosure, families going through probate, divorcing couples who needed a clean break, and landlords who were just done dealing with problem tenants.
